All of my products are guaranteed for the life of the item if damage to the item occurs due to my craftsmanship. Please contact me and ship the product back to me for repair free of charge. If I cannot fix it, I will replace it. You must cover the shipping costs.
However, if the product is damaged due to carelessness (washing machine, stepping on it, trying to overstuff a case etc.) or if the item is lost or stolen, I will not be guarantee that product.
Every product that leaves my desk should exceed your expectations. I take pride in my work; if you are not happy with your order for any reason, contact us and we will make it right.
If you receive the item and decide you don't like it within 7 days, return it back to me for a full refund minus the shipping cost. Item must be in the exact same condition as when you received it. You must cover shipping costs. I will not provide refunds if your item does not arrive by a particular date.
I cannot accept returns that have been personalized (with initials) or custom made.
MADE TO ORDER
Since these products are made to order, the time frame from start to finish will be about 3-4 weeks.
All leather is different because all cattle are different. This means that all leather will accept stain differently. Not all pieces will look the exact same once the stain is applied. Leather has its own unique grain, texture, and patina, so each piece will be unique and one-of-a-kind.
Natural pieces are coated with a sheen to protect the leather from elements, as I do with all pieces. This sheen can pull up imperfections within the leather, almost like staining wood. Please be aware of that.
Finally, this is a hand-made piece; expect minor imperfections - this is what makes your product so special.
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY LEATHER PRODUCTS?
Try not to submerge the item in water. The product is treated to repel water, but being submerged in it could damage the wallet. Over time, you can apply a dab of neetsfoot oil or saddle soap to rejuvenate the leather or buff out scratches.
DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS?
Yes. If you have a custom order, feel free to send me a message about it. You can include any logos that you would like, as well as a detailed description of what you are looking for. You can also add a spin to one of the designs that I already make.
WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR LEATHER?
My leather is sourced from Thoroughbred Leather in Louisville, Kentucky.
